Чому саме ці частини

Запуск так, як він ішов, крок за кроком, від промпту до здачі, за його власним годинником.

  1. Промпт

    Одне повідомлення єгипетською арабською з двома файлами: raw.mp4, щотижневе звернення президента Obama від 18 липня 2015 року про угоду з Іраном (4:37, горизонтальне), і reference.mp4, вертикальний рілс Al Jazeera English про Іран (3:13). Заново змонтувати вихідник у точному стилі референсу з фірмовим стилем Al Jazeera як є, знайти й завантажити свіжі справжні офіційні кадри, самому вирішити стартові запитання та показати прев’ю до збирання.

  2. Вивчення референсу та вихідника

    Проєкт відкрито, і два проходи йшли паралельно: референс розібрали на кадри й виміряли (плани, склейки, різкість, колір), а обидва відео розшифрували пословно. Локальних моделей розпізнавання мовлення не було, тому спершу завантажили faster-whisper large-v3-turbo.

  3. Перенесення фірмового стилю

    Логотип Al Jazeera вирізали з референсу на 176 с, а фінальну заставку з його останніх 3,8 с. Студійний екран референсу зібрали заново із супутникової карти Ірану NASA Blue Marble з межами Natural Earth, бірюзової й темної, з червоними стовпами світла по боках.

  4. Бриф, вирішений самостійно

    Стартові запитання зняв промпт, тож кожне поле отримало рекомендовану відповідь: рілс із ведучим у кадрі англійською, 2:30-3:00 як у референсу, Obama завжди з датою на екрані (THE WHITE HOUSE / 18 JUL 2015), щоб жоден глядач не сприйняв 2015 рік за сьогоднішній.

  5. Перевірка фактів і паперовий монтаж

    Транскрипт звірили з офіційним текстом у Public Papers of the Presidents (govinfo); одну помилку розпізнавання мовлення виправили. Потім паперовий монтаж із 35 цілих речень: власне запитання й відповідь із середини звернення стали зачіпкою, три заперечення критикам стали розділами, а деталі розкладу вирізали.

  6. Вирізання постаті й офіційні кадри

    Obama вирізали за допомогою Robust Video Matting і помістили в перебудовану студію. Дослідник зібрав офіційні кадри з їхніми ліцензіями: аудіовізуальна служба ЄС із Відня, фотографії Держдепартаменту та Білого дому, заява Білого дому від 14 липня 2015 року, інспектори МАГАТЕ (підписані як Нідерланди, бо вільних кадрів з іранських об’єктів немає) і вихід з угоди 2018 року.

  7. Перше прев’ю

    Етапи 01-03 пройшли роль затверджувача, і прев’ю пішло власнику до будь-якої збірки: 22 стайлфрейми, розкадровка на 37 планів і паперовий монтаж із 35 реплік, разом 3:09.

  8. Кожен елемент прив’язаний до слова

    Чотирнадцять елементів референсу звірили з його власним транскриптом, і тепер кожна поява в розкадровці називає речення Obama, яке її виправдовує: Zarif для «threats Iran poses», підписанти для «more than anyone», Khamenei для «Iran could move closer». Obama лишається освітленим. Рядок із країнами повернули, щоб шість карток країн лягали на кожну названу ним назву.

  9. Друге прев’ю

    Нові кадри, таблиця елементів і три музичні аніматики пішли власнику. Фінальну обробку виміряли за референсом і застосували лише там, де її застосовує референс: розфокус на склейках, білі спалахи на розділах, плівкова текстура лише на сірих архівних картках.

    Диск C заповнився до нуля менш як за хвилину, тому рендер графіки зупинили й перенесли його тимчасові файли на D. Картинку відрендерили чотирма паралельними частинами, нарізаними за межами планів, графіку з альфа-каналом і розмиттям руху, а музику змонтували в підкладку на 3:18. Другий ліміт сесії зупинив прогін з 04:21 до 07:33, поки частини дорендерювалися.

  12. Передано

    Чотири частини склеїли в 6053 кадри без видимого шва: 1080x1920, 30 fps, 3:21,8, -16,3 LUFS. Перевірка ролика зелена із чотирма жовтими пунктами, які звіт називає прямо: повільніше за референс (середній план 7,0 с проти 4,0 с), найслабше з 2:13 до 2:43. Оцінки глядача без контексту й повторного розшифрування фінального звуку не було.
